as I look out of the window
and think about what I`m doing today
some sand trickles to my feet

surprised....I bend down to look at him
he is all white as from a remote beach

seeking its origin.... where did he come from
the window sill seems loose
I touch it in order to test its stability

what happens now is completely beyond my human mind
it crumbles completely as beautiful white sand in my hand
like a chain reaction triggered melts crackled glass
of the window in front of my eyes

and a warm breeze blowing salt around my nose
I stare in silent terror against the spectacle

suddenly there is a deafening noise
and the whole city, my room and the floor under my feet
disintegrates into sand

it takes a few minutes to open my eyes
I`m truly at a white beach by the sea
it`s night but warm

the stars blink at me again as they often did earlier
the billowing wind envelopes me with love

so lonely on this beach

but I`m the first time in an eternity no longer lonely
only here a little energy can refuel
it`s the energy I need
no burnt, feigned or half hearted energy

this is good for me

back in the city, in this room
I can not find it
